3D Visualizer Asst. Manager~Manager (Japanese Speaker) - Office Design & Construction

Job Description

- Create and manage 3D drawings, animations, and other visual materials as requested by Japan and overseas teams
- Review incoming project requests (e.g., 3D renderings, animations) from Japan and other countries
- Manage the team’s workload, scheduling, and output quality
- Actively participate in production as a senior 3D artist
- Communicate and coordinate with Japanese teams and international clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N1 mandatory) and English
- Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D Computer Graphics production within Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction company
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, D5 Render, and Blender
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition
- Good communication and collaboration skills
