3GPP RAN1 Researcher

JOB SUMMARY:

This job will include 1) contributing to 3GPP standardization, 2) working on research projects for communication technologies for connected mobility, 3) contributing to other standardization, and 4) contributing to other research projects. Based on the phase ofthe work and the output, academic publications will be considered.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Contribute to 3GPP standardization

• Create invention disclosures
• Write 3GPP RAN1, RAN2, and/or RAN contributions
• Attend and contribute to 3GPP RAN1, RAN2, and/or RAN standardization meetings
• Regularly report and present to the research team and management
