MAJOR:

• Recalibration of Cost Template – Responsible for updating all cost component (fixed & variable cost) and ensures the calibrated Cost Template is aligned with government policies and conduct thoroughly review on market trends and competitor prices to ensure competitive pricing proposal.
• RFQ (Request for Proposal) – Responsible for providing quotation requested by BDE (Business Development Executive) based on the needed requirements of client with coordination with Sourcing for the needed supply if there is a special/specific requirement that need to be factored in simulation.
• Standard Rate Matrix – Responsible for updating of SRM (Standard Rate Matrix) based on mandated government policies and to be submitted monthly to VGSCI (VG Supply Chain, Inc.) COO, Transport Head, 3PL Head and BDE.
• Rate Endorsement – Responsible for sending of updated rates per account, per lane, per truck type to Finance for uploading to VGSCI's System.
