Job Summary

Reporting to the Central Plant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Efficient operation of boilers and chillers (including biofuel system at the Truro location) for maximum performance
• Provides ongoing monitoring of Thermal Plant systems and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency (e.g., boilers, chillers, diesel generator, electrical transformer, controls, etc.)
• Performs maintenance on Thermal Plant systems and equipment to ensure continuous operation
• Maintains a clean work environment in the thermal plant
• Performs other maintenance tasks as required
• Responds appropriately to critical alarms by investigating and analyzing upset conditions to identify and correct problems or request assistance
