We’re looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join an established technology services provider, delivering high-level technical support and contributing to infrastructure and cloud projects.

This is a senior technical role focused on complex issue resolution, project delivery, and supporting the wider support team.

You’ll provide advanced 3rd Line Support across a Microsoft-centric environment, taking ownership of escalations and working on a mix of operational and project-based work.
