Job Description

• Provide frontline customer service
• Register patients and schedule appointments
• Promote digital services to patients
• Assist patients with self-service kiosks
• Manage patient flow within the clinic
• Respond to patient enquiries professionally
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented and approachable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Flexible to work earlier starting hours when required (as early as 7am)
