Key Responsibilities:
• Operate boilers and ammonia compressors safely
• Defrost freezer tunnels as required by leadership
• Record daily temperatures and compliance checks
• Use Water Vac and air knife equipment effectively
• Conduct daily chemical tests on boilers and softeners

Requirements:
• 4th Class with ‘B’ Refrigeration Certificate preferred
