OBJECTIVE


To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world.

Support the Experience Team and Door Holder teams in delivering a remarkable guest experience at the 515 location. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Oversee the guest experience at the 515 location on Sunday mornings and during special events (Experience, Parking, Security, Medic)

+ Ensure standards are met at 515 in cleanliness, environment look + feel, and Door Holder practices

+ Partner with 515 Experience Lead to recruit, onboard, lead, and maintain Door Holders to cast vision, continue training, and build relationships
