Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial records. This role is execution-focused and requires hands-on NetSuite experience in the candidate’s current role.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries in NetSuite
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare journal entries and support accruals and prepaids
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
