Responsibilities

Communication Section

• Maintain proper record on the correspondence receipt and dissemination process
• Maintain a log of communication system activity and changes
• Prepare request from other sections on message transmission(including funds movement) through the communication systems maintained by Communication Section
• Follow-up of any delayed or undelivered messages
• Monitor messages detected by TSS and process detection (including review)
• Update and maintain the Anti-Terrorist Consolidated List and Authorities List and undertake the task of scanning list against database regularly
• Perform all administrative duties relating to the maintenance of the communication systems
• Keep all files and filing relating to communication operations up-to-date
• Perform monthly report and checklists (daily and monthly) for communication operations
