JOB PURPOSE

Supporting on global projects on tool quality management in the center on day-to-day basis while providing initiatives on value added solutions to the service line.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

•Assist in analyzing productivity and efficiency metrics to evaluate the impact of recent changes or enhancements.

•Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using Excel, Power BI, or other tools to support decision-making.

•Collaborate with finance teams to gather feedback and validate data accuracy.

•Provide system support, including issue logging, user testing, and documentation of enhancements or fixes.

•Maintain and update operational documentation, such as process guides, SOPs, and change logs.
