Company who's activity consists in technical realization of events is looking for someone to cover their vacant of Rigging Project Manager in full-time (40 h) and hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days in home office. Obligatory office day: Tuesday).

• Maintain the shared mailbox of rigging.
• Answer clients within 24 hours on their requests.
• Insert clients request in mo2 and BCAD.
• Find a technical solution for solving the request.
• Prepare the Drawing and send the quote to the client.
• Call clients to request missing information or speed up the process.
• Transfer the order information to BackStore from Fira Barcelona.
• Record the actual status by Defcons in mo2.
