Direct Care Staff / DSP

Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Direct Care Staff provide support and case management for members served with developmental disabilities and co-occurring conditions, assisting them in living as independently as possible in their chosen community. This role is based in an Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH), a -hour, non-medical residential setting that serves adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors who require additional supports, staffing, and supervision.

This is a hands-on role for dependable professionals who enjoy building trust, supporting routines, and helping individuals reach meaningful goals.
