Job Description

                    Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm 
Salary is Up to $4,500+ Variable Bonus 
Work on Site 
 Requirements  Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or equivalent 
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry. 
 Job Responsibilities  Review the client/subcontractor's technical specifications and drawings 
Manage M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets and timelines 
Prepare reports on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures 
Resolve M&E coordination / technical issues on site 
Conduct feasibility studies and propose solutions to relevant stakeholders based on the studies 
Develop detailed designs taking into consideration project requirements, technical aspects, relevant codes and standards, as well as good practices
