Sales Coordinator

• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm
• Salary range: SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,000 monthly, 13th month, SGD 250 transport allowance

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for generator spare parts based on customer and distributor requests
• Process sales orders in SAP (or equivalent system) and ensure proper order tracking through to delivery
• Monitor order status, backorders, and fulfilment timelines; proactively follow up on delays
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on‑time shipment

• Serve as the primary contact point for distributor enquiries on parts availability, pricing, and delivery
