Job Description

My client is a leading marketing insurance firm seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their team and drive Agile practices across projects.
 
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile development processes, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
Act as a Project Manager by tracking project timelines, facilitating daily stand-ups, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Educate and guide the team on the differences between Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Organize and facilitate Agile events (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and report progress to the team and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
