8T Forklift Driver – Manufacturing

About the Role

AWX are seeking an experienced 8 Tonne Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing team working with modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools at a site based in Camellia.
This is a hands-on role suited to an operator who is confident working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is flexible to work a rotating 12-hour roster in a busy environment. Shifts rotate between day shift (5:00am - 5:00pm) and night shift (5:00pm - 5:00am) on a 4 days on / 3 days off roster.

What You'll Do

• Loading and unloading vehicles using an 8T quad tyne forklift
• Managing goods inwards and outwards processes
• Manual handling and assembling loads as required
• Ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
• Participating in stock take functions and inventory control
