We are seeking a Senior Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Business Processes (BPs) and functional integration knowledge . This is a strategic, functional role — not a technical development position — acting as a bridge between HR business teams, IT development, and QA.

The successful candidate will play a central role in translating business needs into clear process and integration requirements, ensuring alignment between Workday Business Processes and downstream integrations, and coordinating testing cycles to deliver high-quality solutions in a global Workday environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional expert in Workday Business Processes , understanding end-to-end process flows.
• Write and maintain Business and System Requirements for new integrations and process enhancements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
