About the role
This is a full-time, on-site customer service role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a 90% non-voice account, the primary focus of this position will be to provide excellent written customer support through various digital channels such as email, chat, and messaging platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and resolving enquiries for Radenta Technologies, Inc.
