About the role

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Pasig City Metro Manila, supporting Cebu New Wave Recruitment Inc.' with 90% non-voice process work, primarily through chat and email channels. As a key customer service representative, you will play a vital part in ensuring the company's customers receive the high-quality support they deserve.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through chat and email channels in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide product information and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
3. Process customer orders, returns, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
4. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate feedback to the appropriate teams
