The Assembly & Test Operations team provides value add by: Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations:
- Die preparation and attachment;
- Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc.;
- Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components;
- Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools). Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures. A job at this level: Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and environment, health & safety regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
