A & A Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third- party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
• Develop a detailed project plan including schedule and costing to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report to and escalate issues with management as needed
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements
