Role Description & Requirements
A successful Café A La Carte Chef is a true all-rounder, able to work independently in our unique venues across Dubai. Knowledgeable and skilled in preparing various a la carte menu items in a hygienic, safe and efficient way. An a la carte chef must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the Executive Chef or store in charge.
Qualifications/Experience
- Any culinary degree/diploma
- At least two years experience as a Demi or Chef de Partie in a reputed establishment - A la Carte experience required.
