Job Description

Previous experience of teaching business would be an advantage, or alternatively recent and relevant industry experience within the business field.

A Level Lecturer in Business Studies

The faculty of A Levels & Skills is a growing faculty of committed teachers who are dedicated to providing excellence in A Level education. If you think that this describes you, then we would welcome your application. 

Salary Details: Scale MG1 - UP1 (£33,596 - £48,288 pro rata)

Opportunity to progress onto a further scale UP2-UP3 (£50,079 - £51,932 pro rata)

Hours of work: Typically 9.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Salaried - Fixed term until 31st December 2026

Qualifications:

  • Qualified at Degree level or equivalent in the appropriate discipline and;
  • PGCE qualification
