As an A&R, you will be responsible for all activities related to our music releases from talent scouting, artist development, production and launch strategies.

What You Will Do

• Identify and evaluate industry trends, emerging talents, songs, composers, producers, and collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with artists, managers, composers, arrangers, producers, production houses, and other music industry professionals.
• Support artist development initiatives, song selection, creative discussions, and artist positioning strategies for current and upcoming talents.
