Job Description

• Planning and preparing meals in accordance with crew schedules and preferences
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies within budget constraints
• Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of galley equipment and utensils
• Implementing and adhering to health and safety protocols
• Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness
• Recording and maintaining temperature logs for refrigerated storage systems
• Accommodating crew members' dietary restrictions and allergies
• Preparing for and executing special events and celebrations on board

Skills and Qualifications:

AB COOK

· Minimum of 24 months' experience on the same vessel type and rank.

· Applicants must have international experience.
