ABA Instructor Therapist (Ongoing Contract)

Hours: All applicants MUST have availability for a minimum of 4 hours (2 x 2 hr sessions) on weeknights after school or weekend availability.

Location and Role Overview

Side by Side Therapy is currently looking for skilled individuals to fill contract Instructor Therapist positions in Thornhill and surrounding areas. Instructors will work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) in the children’s home while employing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist and RBA.

Required Qualifications (Must)

• Possess a minimum of 6 months employment experience as an Instructor Therapist or similar role, implementing ABA procedures as directed by an RBA.
