ABA- Remote Recruiter

About Us

We're a growing ABA / autism services provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children and families. We're expanding quickly and need a high-output Remote Recruiter who can consistently hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for RBT roles (and Behavior Technicians in training)
• Post jobs, source candidates, and build a steady pipeline (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, FB groups, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with clinical/ops leaders
• Drive candidates through the process: availability, location, pay expectations, start dates, and onboarding steps
• Track activity and results in our ATS/spreadsheets (and keep data clean)
• Improve conversion rates: show-up rate, offer acceptance, time-to-fill
• Partner with operations to forecast hiring needs by location/caseload
