The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions between clients and therapists, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate ABA therapy sessions for clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Communicate and confirm schedules with families and therapists.
• Monitor therapist availability and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes.
