Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement therapy protocols.
Ensure holistic student welfare.
Maintain case notes and reports progress.
Maintain close relationships and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school.
Provide 1:1 and small group sessions.
Manage student behaviours in classroom.
Meet with teachers to support the student's needs in their classrooms.
Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses).
Mentor/ support Teachers in the behavioural management realm.
Modify lessons according to each child’s ability level.
Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education.
Adhere to school's SOPs.
Complete respective administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance-record keeping, etc.).
