ABA Therapist

Job Summary

As an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals, particularly children, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques to help clients improve social skills, communication, and behavior management.

This position is an independent contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior modification strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals
