Supporting Actions 
Preparing the Policy & Processes 
Preparing & review city specific process notes which can cater city specific deviations & mitigants for the same 
Inputs for updating technical policy, Vendor management Policy, Audit policy. 
Complete Vendor Management 
Vendor Empanelment for respective zones 
Periodical review of the vendors for respective zones 
· Regular monitoring of TAT 
· Resolving valuation specific queries from respective zones 
Responsible for Audit & Hindsighting 
Carrying out periodical audits of vendors for respective zones 
Carrying out monthly audit for sampled valuations, lease rentals for respective zones/locations. 
Check the feasibility of Construction Finance Projects 
· Visiting Construction Finance projects 
· Due diligence of all project approvals
