Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Mexico City. The lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients mainly in real estate and corporate law, conducting legal research, drafting agereements and handling specific matters, as required by the ongoing business of our clients. The role includes review, and drafting of agreemtents or legal documents related thereto, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law, including corporate and real estate law
• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting thorough research
• Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
