**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Procedures and dealings with suppliers and government agencies.
- Operational activities, such as; drafting powers, carrying out constitutive acts, simple assemblies, among others.
- Support in general to the Legal area and in the generation and assembly of files for new clients.
- Additionally, they will spend a significant portion of their time in the field, carrying out tasks relevant to their role.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Advanced English level.
- Residence in Tijuana.
