We have anexciting permanent part-time, female, Aboriginal Support Worker position based
in Granville. This is an Aboriginal identified position and requires working
with an Aboriginal client/s, to meet cultural and wellbeing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to develop individualised support plans (that take
into account their wellbeing and goals).

Complete Risk Management Plans for clients

Provide support to clients to improve their independence by assisting with
living skills, transport, social activities, medication and personal care when
required.
