About Retail & Customer Service Skills Course

This program is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in retail and customer service, with a supportive environment and practical, real-world experience.

Requirements

• You live or work in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario
• Newcomers, primarily supporting women

What You Will Learn

Through this program you will:

• Hybrid learning model: virtual and in-person
• 8 weeks of full-time online training
• 80 hours of paid internship at our GLOW retail store
• 2 course credits and a certificate from Centennial College

Online & in-person paid work placement at 44 Mobile Drive, Toronto, ON
