About the Opportunity Canadian Tire, a Canadian organization operating in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment, is seeking an Absence Management Consultant to support occupational injury claims and employee absences. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are supported through challenging moments while maintaining compliance with provincial and federal legislation.

You will collaborate closely with leaders, HR, Health and Safety, and external partners across Canada to deliver consistent, people-first case management. Your work will directly influence safe, timely return-to-work outcomes and help shape processes that improve both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
