AC Executive (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate, timely and prompt payment to suppliers and creditors and the proper accounting of payable transactions.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

(1) processing payments, accounts payables, billings and accounts receivables;

(2) processing, tracking and recording incoming invoices, staff claims, payments, sales tax invoices and track customer payments;

(3) maintenance of AP/ AR including business partner master and payment terms/ credit limit;

(4) ageing reports, accruals/provision, advances and prepayment and fixed assets listing and

(5) accounts reconciliation, discrepancies resolution and interface with concerned departments and local/ regional business counterparts (as needed).
