Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC equipment.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems and water cooler systems.
• Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
• Perform basic electrical circuit work as required for HVAC systems.
• Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as needed.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Report any issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
• Assist with other coordination tasks as directed by the Project In Charge.

Job Requirements:

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
