Responsibilities
General Cleaning: Includes washing filters, cleaning evaporator coils, and clearing the drain pan to prevent clogs and odors.
Preventive Maintenance: A comprehensive check-up that includes testing refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical wiring, and lubricating moving parts.
Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing issues like not cooling, strange noises (grinding or buzzing), or short-cycling (turning on and off too often).
Installation & Dismantling: Properly sizing and installing new units or safely removing old ones without damaging the walls or refrigerant lines.
Chemical Wash/Overhaul: A deep cleaning process using specialized chemicals to remove stubborn mold and dirt that regular clean...
