Job Description

Objective:
This position is responsible for the installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems across the company’s retail and commercial facilities. The role ensures optimal performance of HVAC equipment, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resolution of technical issues to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibility:
Review technical blueprints and layouts to determine AC servicing requirements.
Troubleshoot, and maintenance of DX systems, window AC units, FCU units, and related HVAC components.
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and performance tests to ensure optimal equipment functioning.
Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and calibrate thermostats and controls.
Perform emergency repairs in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions.
