Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate review meetings and ensure timely documentation of discussions, decisions, and action points by concerned teams.

• Regularly monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays.

• Prepare and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and status updates for CEO review.

• Maintain and update program repositories, review documents, and key performance indicators

(KPIs) in the central database.

• Ensure periodic program reporting mechanisms are structured to reflect both internal performance metrics and external reporting requirements.

• Assist in preparing periodic updates, impact reports, board reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
