Academic Consultant – Gwadar (Part Time)

Description The Retainer / Academic Consultant – Gwadar will provide academic leadership and school support across assigned campuses. The role will focus on strengthening instructional practices, mentoring school leadership, supporting recruitment and performance management processes, and ensuring implementation of academic quality standards. The Consultant will work closely with the Area Manager and school leadership teams to improve school performance and student outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct detailed, full-day school visits and submit comprehensive visit reports to the Area Manager.
Carry out monthly follow-up visits to monitor progress against agreed action plans.
Mentor Principals to strengthen instructional leadership and support effective implementation of academic interventions.
Conduct structured classroom observations and provide demonstration lessons, coaching, and constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
