Position: Primary Coordinator
Location: Karachi
Department: Primary (Playgroup, Nursery, KG)
Key Responsibilities:
Academic planning and curriculum implementation
Teacher mentoring and classroom supervision
Ensuring child-centered and activity-based learning
Parent coordination and communication
Maintaining quality standards in Early Years
Supporting school events and activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Education or relevant field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of EYFS / play-based learning (preferred)
