This is an onsite role focused on monitoring tutors' performance, class attendance, and student progress, while maintaining strong communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor tutors who are already conducting classes and ensure classes are running as scheduled
Check and confirm whether both teachers and students are joining classes on time
Review teaching quality and identify areas of improvement or mistakes, providing constructive feedback to tutors
Maintain regular follow-ups regarding class performance and attendance
Prepare monthly student performance reports and share them with parents
