Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities:
Academic Project Management (15%)
Monitor and implement academic quality standards across the programme.
Implement teaching and learning policies, norms, and processes.
Support HOS and HOC with Quality Assurance audits and compliance.
Contribute to and implement School Improvement Plans (SIPs).
Prepare for CHE and other regulatory site visits and accreditation.
Manage academic due dates and annual calendar deadlines.
Analyse assessment outcomes and moderator reports and drive improvements.
Student success and programme delivery (20%)
Liaise with key academic staff to coordinate programme delivery.
Manage and implement at-risk and student retention policies.
Handle student complaints within the programme.
