Academic Manager Nokundi

Key Responsibilities

• Implement academic policies and curriculum guidelines, and provide ongoing mentoring and support to teachers.
• Monitor and evaluate academic performance of schools through regular field visits and structured reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment, attendance, and retention.
• Plan, organize, and oversee teacher training and capacity-building initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report academic data to support evidence-based management decision-making.
• Promote and support extracurricular and co-curricular activities in collaboration with partner institutions.
• Provide leadership and oversight in all academic matters across PEN-adopted schools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
