For all study programmes offered within the educational system of BI Norwegian Business Schoolthere must be an Academic Programme Manager who, in cooperation with the Academic Portfolio Director of the relevant programme area, has an overall responsibility for academic content, quality of education and programme execution. The Academic Programme Manager is responsible for ensuring that the relevant programme is developed and updated in line with the academic and market development and the general requirements related to quality of education and programme quality at BI. The function of Academic Programme Manager for a programme shall be held by a member of the academic staff who has teaching experience from the relevant subject area. Moreover, the person who is appointed should also teach on the programme during his/her period as Academic Programme Manager.
