Job Responsibilities
• Manage player registration and maintain student database
• Communicate with parents regarding schedules, notices and fees
• Follow up on fee collection and update payment records
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance and logistics
• Assist in organising leagues, tournaments and academy events
• Perform administrative and coordination duties as required
Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
• Firm, organised and able to handle follow-ups professionally
• Comfortable communicating with parents and coaches
• Willing to work weekends and matchdays
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in football is an added advantage
