Academy Setup

About the Role:

JACAR Academy is launching from scratch, and we are looking for a hands-on Senior Executive to set up and run our first training programs. You will design courses, onboard trainers, establish operational processes, ensure compliance, and manage pilot programs. Administrative tasks such as trainee records and scheduling are also part of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Build the academy from scratch.
• Build and manage JACAR Academy structure, SOPs, and roadmap.
• Design training programs, course materials, and assessments.
• Onboard and manage trainers or subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp & TVET compliance.
• Plan and deliver pilot training programs and gather feedback.
• Handle academy administrative tasks: scheduling, trainee records, documentation.
